Adding a signature to a PDF

Sign a PDF without printing it. Permission slips, consent forms and IEP or 504 paperwork can be signed, dated and sent back as a real file.

Signing

  1. Open the PDF in Mote PDF.
  2. Capture a signature, either drawn or typed.
  3. Place it on the document, and add a date stamp alongside it if you need one.

The result is a real signed PDF

Mote writes the signature into the document, so the signed copy is a proper shareable file rather than a screenshot or a photograph. It is ready to save or send straight away, and if the file came from Google Drive the signed version saves back there.

For the other things you can add to a page, see Marking up a PDF and Inserting an image into a PDF.
