Help - I can't access Mote for Gmail! Troubleshooting tips

Issue with Mote for Gmail Troubleshooting
I can't see the Mote icon in Gmail

Make sure you have the latest version of the Mote Chrome extension installed. 

Do you have other Chrome extensions active, especially those that affect Gmail? Try disabling them all and see if the issue remains.

If the problem disappears, try re-adding extensions one by one. If you find the extension that appears to be conflicting with Mote, please let us know.

I see multiple Mote icons in Gmail

I see an error message when I try to create my Mote

I can't hit 'send' on my Mote

Try waiting a little longer before attempting to send.

Also see suggestion above re: removing other extensions. 

People can't see my motes when I send them.

This may have been caused by you deleting a mote, and then recording a second mote in the same email. If it happens repeatedly, please let us know.
