Your 'My Activity' page is a reverse chronological record of your voice notes and the engagement they have had.
You can use the My Activity page to:
1. View which of your motes have been viewed and heard (we call this 'moticed' because we enjoy puns and occasionally confusing people)
2. Filter your motes based on status and - if recorded in Google Classroom or Canvas Speedgrader - by student, assignment and class
2. Export your engagement and usage data
3. Rename, Add to Motebook, Download, Restrict Replies and Access and delete any of your motes

Filtering motes based on status and more
Select 'Filters' and then 'moticed' and 'unmoticed' to filter your motes by whether they've been heard and/or seen by someone else, based on tracking linked to your motes.
When another user who has the Mote extension opens a document or page that has your voice note embedded (for example a Google Doc, with comments embedded, or a Google Classroom Stream view, or when any user visits the landing page for the voice note, this will be counted as a 'motice'.
If the user is logged in, you'll see their name. If they're not, then you'll see 'anonymous'.
If your motes are inserted into Google Slides, then we can't measure engagement with them, because they are stored on your Google Drive.
Advanced Filtering
For voice notes left within Google Classroom or Canvas Speedgrader, you can now filter by class, assignment and student. Use this to see all related feedback in one place, for example when you're writing an end-of-term report or want to view all the feedback you have given for a student.
