We are aware of some users unable to access the Mote purchase checkout, or the Mote Account Management portal.
We are still investigating, however we believe that the issue is caused by network restrictions that IT departments are implementing to block traffic.
If you need to access your Mote account or purchase Mote, please try using a mobile device, or an alternative computer, not connected to your school network.
