Help - I can't find the Mote Chrome extension!

If you are using Chrome or a Chromium-based browser such as Brave, you can install Mote directly from the Google Chrome Store by going to www.mote.com/chrome

Using Chrome, follow the link above to check the status of your extension.

Mote is not installed

Here's what you will see if Mote is not installed:

if you see 'Add to Chrome', then simply click that button to install Mote. If you click that button but are unable to install Mote, then you may have a managed device that restricts access to Mote, and you may need to speak with your IT team.

Mote is installed, but disabled

And here's what you'll see if Mote is installed but disabled:

In this case, simply click 'Enable this item'. You may need to then pin the extension to your Chrome browser by clicking the puzzle icon 🧩.

Mote is installed, but not visible

If Mote is already correctly installed, you will see:
