Help! Mote for Gmail is not working, I can record but can't see my motes

The problem here may be caused by your email signature block, especially if you have images in your email signature.

Please try removing the signature block from your emails, to see if this resolves the issue (you can either do this using select-cut, or go into your Gmail settings.)

If you are now able to insert your motes in Gmail, you could now add your signature block back into your email.
