How can I download my Mote audio files?

Depending on your browser, you should be able to do this from your Activity page.

If your Activity page looks anything like the one below, you should be able to click on the three dots on the right hand side, and then click to download.

If you don't have the option to download, this will be a limitation of your browser, and unfortunately you are currently unable to download. You could try accessing Mote from a different browser or machine, as a work around.
