Having issues logging into Mote, recording voice notes or accessing your voice notes?
We are aware that some schools are experiencing issues after implementing web filtering products.
If you are recently experiencing serious and sustained issues with access to Mote, it's quite likely that this is the cause. To check, please contact your IT department and ask them whether they have deployed web filtering or other network security measures.
If they have, please ask them to ensure that the following domains are 'allow-listed' by security partners, in order to enable you to use Mote.
