Help! I'm not seeing a transcript. How do I enable transcription? How do I transcribe?

All new users receive a free trial of our Unlimited tier, which includes voice-to-text transcription.

To activate transcription:

1. Click the mote icon in the browser bar (you may need to click the 'puzzle' icon first and 'pin' Mote to your browser bar

2. Select 'Speech-to-text'

3. Choose your transcription language.

4. Refresh your browser tab to ensure the new settings are updated on the page

5. Record your mote, and enjoy the awesome transcript that adds accessibility and the option to translate.
