I can't see my mote transcripts when I save as a Microsoft Word document. Help!

Here's a slightly clunky way to export your mote transcripts to MS Word:

1. Click Edit on the mote voice note in Docs, to open the Edit window.
2. Select and copy all of the text, then press Cancel.
3. Then, click the three dots in the top-right corner of the comment box
4. Select ‘Edit’ from the drop-down list, and then paste your text into the comment box, before the “Click here…” message and mote URL link.
5. Hit save, and you should still see the voice note comment card in Docs, but you’ll see the full text of your comment when you export to MS Word.
