What will other people see when I create a voice mote?

People without the mote extension will see a comment box that looks something like this:

They may also receive an email notification, with a link to the comment, that may look like this:

When they click on that link they'll be taken to a page that looks like this:

Once they install the mote extension, your friends and colleagues will see your voice motes render in Google Docs and Google Slides, just like this one:

One final important thing to note: when you edit the transcript, it is immediately updated everywhere. This significantly reduces the risk of the other person seeing the transcript before you've had a chance to edit it. We understand that some people would still prefer the option to preview before posting, and we're looking into ways to support that.
