What do recipients see when I use Mote for Google Forms?

Here's a great video that shows the recipient experience for Google Forms - in particular showing what the experience looks like for users with the Mote Chrome extension, and also for users who don't have the extension (this would be similar for users on mobile devices).

In summary - users without the Chrome extension will see hyperlinks and will have to click away from Google Forms in order to listen, while users with the Chrome extension will be able to listen without leaving Google Forms.
