All good things must end, and if you're ready to whisper one last sweet goodbye to your Mote Unlimited subscription, we don't want to stand in the way. Here's how you can easily cancel your subscription.
Individual Paid Users - if you still have access to your Mote account
If you have an individual paid subscription, and you still have access to your Mote account, you can cancel this at any time by visiting www.mote.com/account/subscription and then clicking ‘Manage my subscription’.
Then, click on your license in the middle of the page.
Finally, choose 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the page.
You should then see a screen like the one below:
You can choose between cancelling your account immediately, and receiving a refund for the remainder of your subscription period, or cancelling at the end of your subscription period.
Individual Paid Users - if you no longer have access to your Mote account
If you no longer have access to your Mote account, for example if you have retired or moved employer, unfortunately you will need to contact support to cancel your Mote subscription. Please send an email to email@example.com with the title Eliminate subscription associated with [oldemailaddress]
e.g. Cancel subscription associated with firstname.lastname@example.org
If you have an institutional or multi-seat account and are looking to downgrade or cancel your account, you can either handle this yourself through the Account Portal, contact email@example.com or reach out to your Customer Success partner.
