How do I cancel my account?

If you have an individual paid subscription, and do not want to renew at the end of your current year's subscription, you can now manage this from your Account page at www.mote.com/account/subscription and then click ‘Manage my subscription’.

Then, click on your license in the middle of the page.

Finally, choose 'Cancel Subscription' at the bottom of the page. 

If you want to delete your account, please contact us logged in from that account.

To see what account is associated with mote, click on the extension in the upper right corner of your Chrome browser.
