Help - I need to add more seats to my Mote subscription

If you're a school with a multi-user Mote subscription, and you want to add 1 or more new seats to your subscription, you can now do this directly from our customer portal.

Step 1. Navigate to https://www.mote.com/account/subscription

Step 2. Click 'Manage subscription'

Step 3. Select your subscription, and then 'Edit subscription'

Step 4. Change the Quantity - you can click one of the options shown, or type the number of seats that you want, e.g. 20.

Step 5. Click 'Update Subscription'

Based on your payment method, you will either receive an immediate invoice and charge, or have the additional charge added to your unbilled charges, due upon renewal.
