Help - I need a receipt for my Mote payment
If you require a receipt for your Mote payment, for reimbursement or proof of purchase, follow these easy steps:
1. Check your email inbox for a payment invoice.
2. If you are unable to locate the invoice, visit your Mote Account page at https://www.mote.com/account/subscription and then click the 'Manage my Account' button.
3. Once the billing portal opens, click 'Billing History' and then 'Download'.
