Getting Started: using Mote in Google Docs

Create your Mote account, or access your assigned account if your school has purchased a licence. Start here.

Feedback is a very popular use of Mote among High School Teachers, because Mote's verbal feedback can save a lot of time while providing richer and more impactful feedback. Mote is integrated into the commenting functions within most of the Google Workspace apps, including Docs, Classroom, Slides and Drive. You can also use Mote for feedback within the Canvas Speed Grader. 

The video below shows how Mote works within Google Docs comments, but the other applications work in very similar ways.

 

Another very popular way to use Mote among High School teachers is within Google Forms, where Mote offers multiple ways to accommodate students who have Read Aloud support requirements.
