How can I add someone else as a billing contact for my account?

 

If you need to add someone else as a billing contact, for example your school purchasing department,  you can do that using the Mote Account Portal.

 

Start by going to https://www.mote.com/account/subscription and click 'Manage Subscription'

 

Then click 'Billing and Shipping Addresses' and 'Billing Address'. You can update Billing Address, including email, to add anyone else as a billing contact. They will receive billing notifications and invoices automatically.
