How can I provide Read Aloud accommodations in Google Forms?

The Mote Chrome Extension offers several easy ways to accommodate students who have a need for read-aloud accommodations in Google Forms. These solutions even work in Google Forms Locked Mode, however students will need the Mote Chrome Extension installed in order to use this.
