Is Mote GDPR compliant?

Yes - Mote complies with all aspects of the GDPR framework, and you can find details laid out in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

While the UK has now left the EU, it continues to be covered by substantially the same privacy framework.

We store all user data in a secure database hosted by Amazon's AWS service, in Oregon USA. There has been some confusion caused by the Court of Justice of the EU's so-called Schrems-II case of July 2020, however the transfer of mote user data outside of the EU/UK continues to be covered by the standard contractual clauses of our relationship with Amazon AWS.
