What happens when I remove users from an institutional Mote Account? Are their recordings deleted?

 

If you remove users from a Mote account, perhaps to recycle seats, they will be downgraded to a regular, Free Mote account. 

Provided that the downgraded user continues to access their Mote account (by logging in and/or creating a mote recording), at least in a year, their Mote recordings will continue to be available, unless the user chooses to delete them.
