How can I whitelist or domain-enable my domains for my Mote account?
If you're an account owner or admin, it may be easier to whitelist your domain than to upload users individually. Simply email your Customer Success contact, or support@mote.com to request your account to be whitelist enabled.
There are two options, based on your email domain structure.
Option 1: Separate domains for students and teachers (preferred)
If you have separate student and teacher domains, or sub-domains (e.g. students.schoolname.edu and schoolname.edu) you can separately whitelist, and we can ensure students are all assigned 'minor' status automatically.
Option 2: Single domain for students and teachers
If all of your users are on a single domain, you can still enable account whitelisting.
