SUN Jan 17 - 14:00 GMT - Free and Essential tier users experiencing issues creating voice notes

Sorry for the service issues that you've been experiencing this week with Mote. We've been working really hard to work out what's causing these issues, and to put in place the necessary fixes. Long-time users will tell you that we run a tight ship - outages are rare. 

What's happening, and what are we doing to fix?

Today (Sunday) we're putting in place new code to remove bottlenecks to scaling as we grow. Unfortunately, we've discovered that this has impacted many users - in particular users on Free and Essential tiers. We are working on a fix, and thank you for your patience.
